In this document, "bd91", "we", and "our" refer to the bd91 platform and its operating entity. "Member", "you", and "user" refer to any individual who is registered on or using the bd91 platform.

• You are solely responsible for all transactions made from your account.
• Bd91 may request a national ID or other valid identity document for KYC verification.
• Withdrawal limits may be restricted until verification is complete.

Transferring or renting your account to another person is strictly prohibited. If such activity is identified, the account and all associated balances will be forfeited.

All bet types at bd91 — Sports Betting, live betting, and casino games — are governed by specific rules. Individual games and sports may have their own additional rules.

• Once confirmed, bets generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bd91 is not responsible for server delays or connection issues during live betting.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• In the event of a draw or no-result, bd91 will handle the outcome in accordance with its rules.
• Bd91 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• All bets placed on events found to involve match-fixing or fraud will be voided.

All games on bd91 use internationally certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology — meaning every outcome is completely random and unbiased. There is no room for manipulation.

Bd91 maintains full transparency in all financial transactions. The terms for deposits and withdrawals are clearly set out below.

For deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (may vary depending on the payment method).
• Deposits are generally credited to your wallet instantly.
• Users may only deposit from a payment account registered in their own name.

For withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 30 seconds.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bd91. Violations will result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

• Opening an account using a fake or someone else's identity.
• Creating multiple accounts (if multiple family members play on the same device, please contact us).
• Use of software bots, automation tools, or any hacking attempts.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Harassing other members or damaging the reputation of the platform.
• Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities or bugs.

Bd91 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice under the following circumstances.

• In the event of a terms and conditions violation.
• If the information provided is found to be false.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• Refusing to submit KYC information.

Members may close their account at any time. Any remaining balance should be withdrawn beforehand.

If you believe your account has been suspended in error, please contact our support team. We will review your case within 48 hours.
